
Mrs. Yoder and Mrs. Miller's classes also got in on the fun of 4th grade Idiom Day!










In early March, the middle/high school recognized winter sports and activities with an end of the day program.











2nd graders are working collaboratively to build a bean sorting machine to sort beans based on unique properties. They took a trip to Isch Seeds to see real bean sorting machines in action! Thank you to Isch Seeds for partnering on this real life application experience!







At the March board meeting, Mrs. Steffen's robotics club drove their robots into the meeting and shared how they created their robots along with what they named it and any special features they built.

The 4th graders in Mrs. Buchan's class decided to "go the extra mile" as they dressed up for Idiom day. Can you guess which idioms they represent?











The Adams Central Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers want to thank Area 18 and the Don Wood Foundation for all of their support (and the new gear). CTE courses have a strong impact on students as they build knowledge and hands-on skills to prepare for future careers.


AC special area teachers collaborated on an amazing 4th grade Snowfort Battle. In library, students researched and created a team crest. In STEM, they designed and built forts ,which were then decorated with a mural in Art. In music, they produced and practiced battle songs. They put it all together for a tremendous battle in the Hangar for Gym!

Mrs. Miller's class uses money manipulatives to complete assignments during a math lesson.



7th and 8th grade concert band made AC history by earning a Gold rating in Group II. This is the highest group the MS Band has ever competed in and earned a Gold rating.

Students in Mrs. Hildebrand's 2nd grade class have been reading and writing biographies. Students created their own biography presentations on a person of their choice and presented this information in front of their classmates! We have learned about some amazing people!





Mark your calendar for the annual Chicken BBQ & Silent auction to support the band on April 15. While you are there, check out the community performance of the Winter Guard's show "Where You Lead".

Indy 500 visits Adams Central! 4th grade students participated in a Mobile Trip which brought the equipment, fun and pageantry of the Indy 500 through interactive stations led by 500 Festival staff and volunteers. Thank you to the 500 Festival crew!











On Saturday the Winter Guard had their final competition, finished out their season receiving another gold rating at Division Finals. Congratulations to all of your hard work this season!
