For the 2020-2021 School year, Hepatitis A is a new requirement for grades 8-11. You would have received a letter from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) in July 2019 regarding this. Please check with your health care provider to see if your child has already received his/her Hepatitis A shots. This is a 2 shot series with a 6 month time frame between the 2 shots. The Hepatitis A shots will need to be done prior to their first day of the 2020/2021 school year. Please refer to the website on the Nurse's Office tab for the complete letter from ISDH.
